I stayed at the adjoining hotel and had breakfast, lunch and dinner at this restaurant. The service was meh in general, but the wait staff did seem knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. They assured me that a clean pan is used for each thing they cook. For breakfast I only had the fruit plate, but on the last morning I felt brave enough to have an omelet and had no reaction. I had the cobb salad with chicken for lunch and the sea bass for dinner. Overall safe but I was very cautious.

Sadly, the one staff person in the lounge was unfamiliar with “gluten-free”. He checked with his manager who was apparently not all that knowledgeable. I ordered nothing to eat. Part of the issue may have been a difference in languages as I was never confident the bartender understood what I was asking and the manager never came out.

No GF menu items on menu but server was aware of ingredients. No GF bread offered but meal was good.
My wife had the "Alcalde Heirloon Tomato Salad" and said it was great.
Chile Almond Crusted Salmon, gf rolls, truffle fries, with chocolate truffles for dessert! $$$ but incredibly delicious and VERY allergy aware.
