Like others have said, they make mistakes but will correct them and see them if asked.
Low review is more bc the food just…. Wasn’t that good. Roasted chicken dish just ate sweet and the two sauces clashed. This combined with needing to be vigilant and ask each server 3x whether something is REALLY gluten free makes this place skippable IMO.

Have eaten here three times in the last month and have had no issues. I'm extremely sensitive. Canary in the coal mine. Despite the fact that there are some errors on the menu (farro listed as GF, as well as shared fryer items). But there are plenty of truly gf options and staff is saavy.

We placed an order for here for dinner and picked it up as we got onto the island. My brother read to me the gluten free marked options on the menu and I trusted that enough and ordered the salmon without double checking the ingredients. The salmon included farro. I didn’t realize what it was until I was about half way through the meal and my stomach already started to bloat. When I called the restaurant to complain they told me they changed the menu that day and forgot to remove the symbol. I won’t trust anything from here again, stay on the safe side and avoid this restaurant. They don’t care.
Just because it’s marked gluten free doesn’t mean it actually is gluten free
The manager didn’t seem to care that they had an item marked as gluten free when it was very clearly not. He even hung up on me when I told him they should correct the online menu.

Hit or miss here. I’ve ordered things and they’ve come served clearly unsafe. I’ve had to send them back. Other times, it’s been great.
No gluten free fryer. I thought I was going to get gf fries.
No
Gluten ignorance. Went to Arlington for birthday celebration. My daughter has celiac and she ordered steak and fries. She asked the server Amy if the fries were okay to eat. She said yes she then asked if they were fried in their owe frier and she said yes. Well guess what she did not ask the chef and her mistake made my daughter very sick. When she gets glutened we end up in the hospital because she cannot eat or drink. It was the first night of our vacation and she is still sick day 4. She has camp next week which I will lose my money on that. They need to really understand when they have a gluten free menu how to put that on their menu.
Shared fryer, making most items marked "gluten free" on the menu unsafe. There is a cider on draft but Omission is the only "gluten free" beer.
Waitress was knowledgeable, however, and suggested shrimp tacos, which were very good.
Great place to get drinks and appetizers! Also have gf meals- all gf foods are listed on menu with "gf" next to it. Love the fries
