6/23/2012 -- Another great time at Atlas! This time the executive sous chef Jason Duckworth (check him out on youtube) came a spoke to us about GF options. The manager, Jean-Pierre, and the chef went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I started with their scrumptious coyote squash appetizer. I then had the salmon with GF Chinese 5 spice over spaghetti squash with a hint of orange and cherry tomatoes and a side of the most amazing gouda grits with monterey jack and sharp cheddar cheese. My friend had the snapper and all the same fixing. We were too full from eating for dessert...but they have a delightful creme brulee for those with a GF sweet tooth!
Owned by the same group that owns The Fish House. The two restaurants are next to each other, so if one is busy, you can go to the other and receive the same quality and service. Ask to speak the manager Jean-Pierre or Chef Billy in order to know what is Gluten Free.
