However .. if you are willing to wait and not have pre blanched fries (they tend to be a little softer) we can cook from raw and use the gf fryer tried Bad Alibi in Orleans this morning for the first time. Excellent GF options. Most items on their menu can be done GF. The personnel is very knowledgeable about Celiac and allergies. The hamburger sandwich was not GF but it can be done GF. We definitely found a new top restaurant to include on our list.
