From the Bad Alibi management:
We have a gluten free fryer for our fish and chips.. we can also do our chicken sandwiches with rice flour and all out burgers can be changed to a gluten free bun..
All of which are good for celiac individuals
The fries are blanched in all fryers to start, so the second fry can not be guaranteed..
However .. if you are willing to wait and not have pre blanched fries (they tend to be a little softer) we can cook from raw and use the gf fryer tried Bad Alibi in Orleans this morning for the first time. Excellent GF options. Most items on their menu can be done GF. The personnel is very knowledgeable about Celiac and allergies. The hamburger sandwich was not GF but it can be done GF. We definitely found a new top restaurant to include on our list.

Went there for breakfast 2022-10-29. They have gluten-free bread, I think a Little Northern Bakehouse multgrain and dedicated toaster. When I asked if their baked beans were gluten-free, the kitchen staff said no, they contain molasses. That was my first red flag. The second red flag was that they didn't know the ingredients of their sausages that come from Lavergne's, the local butcher. I phoned the butcher and the sausages do contain wheat. All that being said, the breakfast was not bad. They do fry the potatoes, eggs, bacon and ham in frying pans as opposed to using the grill to keep them that's gluten-free as possible. A few weeks ago, the restaurant was discussing online about how their staff is well trained against allergies and cross-contamination. I did not find this to be very obvious today. Would I go again? Maybe 🤷♀
