The Bagel

They were too busy to accommodate an allergy on a Thursday morning at 7AM. I guess I would rather they tell me instead of being unsafe, but wishing I went somewhere else. The person I was with did get a sandwich, but the eggs were microwaved and they mentioned it wasn't very good.

They have Trader Joe’s GF everything and plain bagels! They asked if it was an allergy and they were still able to toast it

Not a lot of options for gf. They do have a plain bagel or everything bagel to choose from. I had the Stowe western on an everything bagel and it was really good. I didn’t have an reactions.

I sadly can't comment on the quality of their GF bagel experience because they were unwilling to provide it today. We went in and ordered a GF bagel for my wife, and they said they could not accommodate an allergy because they aren't using the GF toaster today. Why not? Because they don't have enough staff to assign someone to put on gloves and go to the spot where the GF toaster is. That's what the guy actually said. So they declined our business and we left. It wasn't very crowded, and there were 3 staff right in front of us; I'm not sure why he felt overwhelmed, but apparently when he does, gluten allergies are the first to go.

Safe, tasty bagel sandwiches. They use trader Joe's bagels, separate prep station, and separate toaster.

Excellent little breakfast option for us Celiacs. They source their GF bagels from Trader Joe's to avoid CC, prep your bagel/sandwich separately and even have a separate toaster. Ate here twice with no problems. They're knowledgeable about the GF cream cheeses on their menu, and take proper precautions.

10/10 breakfast spot. They have plain and everything gf bagels, cashier was familiar with celiac protocol and ensured me they would change gloves and limit cross contamination. Felt totally comfortable here and ate breakfast here our entire vacation. Delicious, safe, and very affordable!

Trader Joe’s bagels but really good. They have separate equipment for gf. ~$6 for gf bagel with spread. Can do sandwiches gf. Great place!

My daughter, who has celiac had a bagel with cream cheese here. She really enjoyed. They get their bagels from Trader Joe’s but have a separate toaster and preparation area in the bagel. Staff is very friendly and seemed knowledgeable.
