They made me agree that I understand there is a risk of cross contamination as soon as I said I was Celiac. That freaked me out a little. My only options were salads or the burger with a gluten free bun and a side salad. No dedicated fryer or kitchen space. Flatbread pizzas are in a shared oven and they do not use pans. I did ask if they can change gloves. I got just a plain Kobe burger with cheddar cheese. It was very good! No symptoms

I’ve been here twice with no reaction! I had the gf margarita flatbread and barrel burger with a gf bun! I’ve notified the server each time and they told me it isn’t a guarantee because it’s not a dedicated kitchen. I just ask them to change their gloves! I’m super sensitive so I’m happy to find another place that I can eat at safely!

AMAZING! The staff is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. They repeated the order twice and discussed the possibility of cross contamination in a non-GF dedicated kitchen. The short rib GF pasta and the prosciutto GF crust flatbread were DELICIOUS. I cannot wait to come back here.

Fantastic service. The waiter reassured me that even though there's not a dedicated prep area, the chef takes extra precautions for allergens. Kobe burger was great, but had to do a salad on the side as there's no dedicated fryer. All in all, great food with no reaction and I'm extremely sensitive.

Oh my gosh, what a great spot. Great options burger buns, pizza, flatbreads, pasta among the naturally GF items, steak, lamb, hummus, salads, and they have non-alcoholic wine from Italy. Ambiance was lovely and the Restuarant designed beautifully (modern). First time but definitely not my last, Lord willing. If I could give more then five stars I would, and I’m pick and good cook.

Delicious fancy burger on Gf bun! I got mashed potatoes instead of fries (no separate fryer). Lots of wine options too.

We love The Barrel. They offer a number of gluten free options and know their menu well. I've eaten here many times and never gotten sick. If you ask, they will make sure your fries are gluten free. My kids love to eat here too!
