A lot of gluten free options and marked as such on the menu. My waiter was really knowledgeable on what to steer clear of/what couldn’t be made gluten free. Chips and tortillas are made in-house of 100% corn, while quesadilla and burrito tortillas they buy from somewhere so those can’t be GF. Guac and queso were delicious and so was my huarache with chicken tinga
