A lot of gluten free options and marked as such on the menu. My waiter was really knowledgeable on what to steer clear of/what couldn’t be made gluten free. Chips and tortillas are made in-house of 100% corn, while quesadilla and burrito tortillas they buy from somewhere so those can’t be GF. Guac and queso were delicious and so was my huarache with chicken tinga

This place is absolutely amazing! They have a dedicated gf fryer, as well as make all their corn tortillas and chips in house! Most of their menu is gf/vegan. The host and waitstaff is very knowledgeable and take your allergy seriously.The food is absolutely AMAZING- we got tacos and guacamole and it was so so good! The sever we had, C.J. was great and even was able to make me a mock-tail with low sugar (I also have difficulty tolerating cane sugar, so this was so cool they were able to make me something with low sugar!) They were also able to accommodate my dairy sensitivity and tree nut allergy. Definitely would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The menu is marked and has a huge range of GF options, including hard to find items like empanadas! I’m from Texas so I’m skeptical of Mexican food outside the SW but this was really good - the queso was one of my favorites I’ve ever had. We also got the empanadas and birria tacos and really enjoyed all our selections. Our waitress was herself GF so she was able to assure us of the safety practices. Both sister and I are celiac and experienced no adverse reactions (and we ate our leftovers a day later). Highly recommend.

Loved the food at Bebedero! We enjoyed the ceviche with GF tortilla chips, the Huarache is a freshly made flatbread style corn tortilla with your choice of protein, sliced cabbage, refried beans, fresh guacamole, and crema. Excellent! Hubby got the GF Rockfish tacos with corn tortillas made to order. All good was excellent, and our server Cabot was great! Will definitely go back.

Chips and salsa were great, but everything else was not impressive. The waitress was rushed. Didn't answer my questions other than to say she would pass my allergies on to the kitchen.

For some reason she said their guacamole was not gluten free (she didn't know why), but it was marked gluten free on the menu and listed as an ingredient in many supposedly gluten free menu items.

I am ten years old and ordered the gluten free chicken and cheese tacos. The waitress was also gluten free and she could answer questions. The tacos we spicy, but with some added Avocado it is mostly fine. Much of the menu is gluten free, and even empanadas. It was a little too spicy for me.

They have lots of wheat products in their Sunday brunch menu, but when you ask them generally they say most everything is GF. But it isn’t. Do you don’t know how credible or trustworthy they are. It all feels nice of them to try but loosey goosey in execution. I don’t see how they are celiac friendly.

Great food and it was safe to eat, just didn't give it full stars because it's pretty expensive for what it is. But if you're willing to splurge a little it has amazing nachos and safe chips.

The waitress was very gracious to go ask the kitchen staff all of my allergy questions as I’m not only gluten intolerant but also allergic to corn syrup and lemon. My husband and I both had the nachos. Mine with lamb, his with the asada. We both loved the entire thing but really enjoyed the chips which were almost the consistency of a pita chip. So good! I’m also able to eat the choco tacos for dessert which is amazing since it’s not only gf but corn syrup free, yay!

The menu is mainly gluten-free, lots of options. I was so excited to find empanadas that I could eat! The drink menu is unique and I recommend reading through it just for the laugh. Word for the weak, the food is spicy and flavorful. If you can’t handle that, get the guacamole. My only complaint is the service was slow.

The BEST homemade chips and tortillas. I got the chicken empanadas and my mom got the bacon tacos and chicken tacos. They were both absolutely delicious.

Very knowledgeable staff and plenty of GF menu items!! I come here all the time and have never had a reaction. Plus they have a dedicated fryer which means their chips are celiac safe! They also have some great cocktails.
