The Bento Box has hands down the best sushi we have ever eaten! They have plenty of items marked Gluten Free and they are willing to make other sushi items GF. We have only eaten the sushi, so I can’t speak for the other items on offer. This is our favorite place to eat out. Also the owner is very personable and is quick to make suggestions of what is safe to eat.

Gluten free items are listed on the menu, waitress and hostess were both aware of gluten free options. I had miso soup and garden salad before moving onto sushi and sushimi. There was one roll that wasn’t noted as gluten free but the waitress said the ingredient that isn’t gluten free comes from different suppliers and the current one was gluten free! This roll was called pain- definitely recommend! Aside from gf needs the waitress was absolutely fantastic!

Be aware, only the sushi is gluten free. We went with our Celiac daughter, ordered a gluten free menu item and the waitress asked of it was an allergy. We said yes, celiac. She came back to the table and informed us that the pans/woks are all shared and they had no pans/woks for gluten free. Everthing from the kitchen is cross contaminated and unsafe. Thank goodness she told us and my daughter was upset but had sushi instead. The fryer is also shared...so the chocolate potstickers are not safe:(

Menu has several GF options clearly marked. Server was knowledgeable and asked if GF was an allergy or preference. When I responded allergy she reassured me they would change gloves, knives and cutting boards without me even asking.

NEW VERY BIG GF MENU. By far my favorite Sushi restaurant. They have a number of GF rolls marked, but can also make the Hawaiian and pain roll gluten free. They have little rice crunchies to take the place of tempura flakes!! If you tell them you have celiac or allergy they will use a separate prep space. The waitresses I’ve had have all checked and occasionally the ginger and tobiko they have are not gf depending on vendor (we love Shelley) . There is a gluten free fried chocolate filled wonton for dessert BUT not a dedicated fryer. I’ve probably eaten here 20 times this year and am never sick (I skip the wonton dessert but it’s fine if u are just gluten sensitive)

Wow! Delish! Great gluten free and vegan menu. Chef Lee recommended a chocolate pot sticker (3 flavors to choose from) for desert…. Divine! I wish I could eat here EVERY DAY! Thank you Chef Lee you rock. And Steph provided exceptional service! Must Go!!!

Excellent sushi and very accommodating. They prepare the gf food in a separate space and were even able to make me sashimi without vinegar, which is a dietary restriction for me. Really can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re in the area, go!

Owner Chef Lee, great guy, makes all sauces on site. All but one can be made GF. Everything is made in house so the majority of items can be made GF. He even makes a GF chocolate truffle potsticker. Awesome. All you have to do is ask & all items GF can go on their own plate so there's no cross contamination if you're sharing sushi. And the sushi is fresh and hardy portions.
