We drove up from Everett to try out this bistro based on google reviews and the chef’s post on this app.
The fried green tomatoes are delicious and worth the drive.
The stock Evasion’s blonde ale; it was my first time trying this brewery, and it was good beer.
We both ordered sandwiches; their gluten free bread options are well chosen.
We told the server I was celiac; he said anything on the menu was available gluten free.
Three items on the menu were out of stock.
The chef (who’s gluten free himself) visited with us and said that he only stocked regular bread due to the location on the golf course; otherwise the restaurant would be entirely gluten free.
As a result, we had compete confidence eating the fried items, desserts, etc., without needing to ask about cross contamination procedures for each item.
Ordering an appetizer, 2 meals, one dessert and four drinks ran us $100 before the tip for lunch. We plan to eat here again.
