Review of The Bistro at the Everett Hotel

We were near Bryson City for some hiking and decided to stay for dinner. I am so glad we chose the Bistro! The staff was all very knowledge and there were multiple options for each course. We had the trout cakes, shared the fried trout entree, and finished off with CHEESECAKE!!!! The cheesecake was made with a gluten free graham cracker crust and it was amazing. Definitely give them a try if you're In the area!
