Review of The Bistro at the Everett Hotel

I was a little worried before coming here because of some of the reviews saying they aren’t celiac friendly since their rebrand, but I had a great experience! I alerted my server of my allergy and she immediately wrote it down and told the chef. I got the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Absolutely delicious!!! Didn’t get sick at all and I am very sensitive to cross contamination
