From reading reviews, not just here but other resources we went here today. When asked about celiac, they staff very assured and confidently advise they knew all about it and would take all required precautions when handling the food from prep to cooking (I was impressed).
My daughter is celiac but we all eat GF with all food items chosen being extremely good. As I know you all know, it's hard to find places to eat out when navigating these GF waters, but we will be calling this a safe space and will be going back.
I am not detailing safety as a 5 strictly because it's not dedicated GF.

I've eaten here many times over many years and I've never had a reaction. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about celiac. Highly recommend.

I called ahead and talked to a manager who reassured me that they are knowledgeable about celiac. The New England clam chowder is gluten-free, and they have gluten-free bread and a gluten-free apple crisp for dessert. The food was delicious, the service was good, and I’m very glad I chose this restaurant!

Staff has zero knowledge of what a gluten allergy is. Was sick about 2 hours after eating. Never again. DO NOT GO if you have celiac. Plus the service was lousy.

This is where I get celiac safe food many times per year. No GF menu, but you can ask what is safe. There is no dedicated GF toaster, so avoid the GF toast if you have celiac. My favorite is the California omelet - yum!

Not a GF restaurant but they do offer GF bread. Very good bread, I had a delicious BLT with avocado and turkey plus great coffee with an added shot of dark chocolate. Very delicious!
This is a cozy little place with nice staff. You might have a wait as they don't have many tables and are in the downtown area. They now have gluten free next to items on the menu (on their website version), but the waiter I had knew what he was doing. I had a build-your-own omelet, fruit, and gf toast. The omelet could have been mixed better, but was delicious. They brag about their gf bread, but it wasn't much different than any other kind. It was served warm and toasted, and the jam on the table was excellent, so that worked out. Otherwise, it's a great place for breakfast.

This restaurant does not have a gf menu, but offers nearly everything on the menu in a gf option- they have gf homemade bread. Menu ingredients are fresh, natural, and often organic. Grass fed beef. Great, knowledgable staff. Breakfast and lunch all day. Super yummy!
