We stayed here for 5 days and both my son and I have celiac. They do an excellent job with cross contamination and can make most things gluten free. Service was excellent and knowledge of celiac is very well known throughout resort. They even have celiac safe desserts in the upstairs kitchen if you ask at Cafe Jules. Dedicated fryers at all restaurants except the Italian one. GF bread and buns at all locations.
