*** update ***
After getting glutened I met with one of the managers. She admitted their mistake, thanked me for bringing it to their attention and are making changes.
What did I learn despite having CD since 1997? Always ask questions even if you think it’s ok. In this case I should have been proactive and asked if it was a shared fryer or not.
They took appropriate actions and we’ll be going back again to give it a go soon.

Old review…
My wife & I vetted this place quite a bit, including talking to both the manager and a sous chef. We both thought it would be a good place to go & that I would be safe. We were VERY wrong! Although they have GF items clearly marked on the menu, they forgot to mention something that I found out the hard way.
As we were pulling out of the parking lot I mentioned to my wife I was pretty certain I got cross contaminated. About 30 mins later I knew for certain I had been. Then you know what happened that evening and for the next few days.
I contacted them as I suspected there was a shared fryer in the mix since I had french fries. It was confirmed. EVERYTHING they fry is done in the same fryer: both gluten and gf items. So anything fried is most certainly NOT GF! I have to even write it, but it makes me wonder what else might be glutened that's marked as GF!
