The Cafe at Shields

They have a few GF breakfast items but for lunch it’s only a salad or date. We left without eating.

Good choices, gluten free menu. Had the tacos on gf corn tortillas. The rice is not gf so just ordered a different side that was.

They do a good job of gluten free. Some inconsistencies in their menu items across meals (bf, lunch, dinner), but their wait staff usually can clarify. I've eaten there a dozen times, and only sick once.
