I went here for lunch because I read that they had a dedicated fryer. They not only had a dedicated fryer, but a really wide selection of gluten free options. Several pizzas, salads, beef, chicken, and plant-based burgers, battered fish and chips, and a couple of appetizers. The server patiently answered my questions, and was happy to dig through the freezer to check the packaging on the gluten-free hamburger buns for me. The bun was very good, a good texture and good taste. Something about the millet and chia gluten free bun that White Spot serves makes me sick, so I always ask servers to check their hamburger buns and this was not the same one. The server verbalized his plan to ensure my meal was gluten free, such as "I'll check the dip, and the burger sauce." The person who brought out my meal identified it as gluten free. The server's friendly banter leads me to believe he thinks celiac disease is a severe allergy, but I'm good with that, he clearly took it seriously. The only thing I'd recommend: they use plant-based biodegradable plastic straws, and I didn't find out what they were made of, so I'd recommend finding out or asking for no straw.
