I am not sure what their protocols are but they barely care about their customers as it is, never mind those with allergies.
The pasta and sauce is bland and watery. You might as well make it at home, because there is literally no flavor.
Their options are weak, and they are not at all knowledgeable. Go somewhere else.

Asked for a gluten free menu and server said absolutely and I’ll send my manager over. Manager was knowledgeable. When my food was ready they paged the server and he brought it out separately. Food was delicious.
Yes
Specifically Burlington location...They don't put much (if any) effort into their "GF" menu options. I'll NOT be returning. Their are many other GF friendly places nearby where plentiful options AND better prepared and tasty GF food is available.

such a bad experience. eating here was like going back in time when gluten free menus were rare or just didn't exist. there are so many better places to eat gluten free and this place isn't even careful with cross contamination.
My son loves their pizza and its affordable!
Lots of options, staff doesn't know much about gluten free, but when a gf order is placed they make a manager aware and it is brought out separately. I go here often!
Ordered penne with veggies , after I ate about half of it I found spaghetti at the bottom of the bowl. There is no gluten free spaghetti at the chateau. They did take my meal off the bill and the manager apologized and assured me that the kitchen has a separate gluten free area. Be cautious if you eat there look through your pasta before you eat it!
Great selection of GF options from pizza to pasta. It would be nice if the offered GF rolls but for the quality and price this is a great dinner out! Go off hours on weekends they are normally very busy.
Didn’t get sick. The waiter checked with the kitchen on several items we asked about. They had gluten free rolls wrapped in tin foil.

I have a Casein allergy and my pasta had cheese on it. This was takeout and the manager argued with Me and hung up the phone. I ordered with Special instructions but he said no instructions were with the order. He offered for me to go there and pick up another order. The only way to get cheese on this pasta is to request it. I’m perplexed.

I did an Uber eats order for the first time for this restaurant. It’s very close to where I live. There was some mixup but the restaurant called me about eight minutes after I placed the order to confirm that I had the gluten allergy that I had put on the salad I was ordering. When I got the food, I was confused, but I looked up the item and saw it was exactly what I ordered.. the salad and the beef pasta peas was very good tasty zero issues

Update: went today for lunch. All I got is a salad with chicken and within an hour got very sick. Not sure if it was gluten or dairy or cross contact but I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Most of the time this location is great with allergies. They have a good selection for meals and the staff is friendly. There’s always a manager who checks in and makes sure everything is ok.
DO NOT get the steak tips! Like the other review I got glutened from eating the steak tip dinner. Must be in the marinade. First and only time getting sick here.

My pizza was delicious and the menu shows what is GF, the manager came to confirm what I ordered and that it was safe for an allergy.
