Update: went today for lunch. All I got is a salad with chicken and within an hour got very sick. Not sure if it was gluten or dairy or cross contact but I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Most of the time this location is great with allergies. They have a good selection for meals and the staff is friendly. There’s always a manager who checks in and makes sure everything is ok.
DO NOT get the steak tips! Like the other review I got glutened from eating the steak tip dinner. Must be in the marinade. First and only time getting sick here.

Have eaten here a few times and it’s been great, but tonight I got takeout and was very disappointed. I ordered online and requested gf, when I picked it up the bag and the container with the chicken parm were labeled as gf. When I opened it after getting home, I noticed that the chicken appeared to be fried. I called and spoke with the manager, who confirmed that the meal I received wasn’t gf. I appreciated that they refunded me, but ultimately frustrated that I missed out on dinner tonight.

GF Pizza has gone down hill soggy.
I went thinking I would be ok. Gluten free menu, Manager told me she would oversee my meal. I am now very sick. I had steak tips and rice Florentine. Thank was a mistake on my part.
No
A manager came over to tell us exactly how they were going to prepare the pizza safely.
Also the whole atmosphere is so homey. It reminds me of how all restaurants used to be in the 90s.

I've always had great experiences here and have never been sick. love the pizza and chicken parm. mmmm

Yikes! About six months ago got to bottom of chicken Parmesan and saw several long spaghetti strands! Went today and they served my "gf" buffalo chicken sandwich on a regular bun. On both occasions I stressed celiac I asked upon ordering reiterating upon being delivered and in the case of the bun even before I bit into it...only to find out in both cases neither were actually gluten-free! People make mistakes but this place seems to have fundamental and persistant ignorance about celiac and apparently process.

My daughter and I, both Celiac, were in Andover for a dance competition and saw a good review so we decided to try it. The first night we were pleasantly surprised. Manager came out and assured us they were on it. The second night we decided to go back but it was much busier. My daughter ordered the GF kids pizza. When I questioned it, because it didn't look like any GF pizza I've ever had, the server said yes and assured me it was. My daughter is now vomiting. I will not be going back!

We have been here a few times. Good food and decent selection
Gf chicken broccoli ziti. It can be great. The issue is really with consistency. I've never gotten sick, but I've also never had this meal served the same way any time I've ever ordered it. The kitchen staff appear to be vigilant in avoiding cross contamination.
Yes
I felt safe after talking to the manager, but the food wasn't worth the experience. The waitress didn't know much about the food - couldn't tell me what was in the various salads. The broccoli was tasteless mush. I asked for a medium rare burger, and got it on the third try. The first two were well done. The roll was Udi's, wrapped separately, but barely toasted, so it tasted bad. I won't be going here again.
Yes
Nice selection of GF options. Very tasty food! Conscious of needs for multiple allergens.
Gluten free kids menu, which is very hard to find! My son loves the GF bread!
They were really accommodating with my gluten allergy. I had chicken, veggies, and pasta with marinara sauce. Everything tastes very fresh, the chicken was perfectly marinated and grilled. One of the better Italian places I've been to for gluten free food
Yes
9/1/13 I've upped my rating. We've had take out a few more times without issue.
12/26/12 I've had takeout 2x. They have a GF Sauteed chicken penne & broccoli that my 4yr old daughter likes. The pasta is Heartland - the best GF pasta we've found so far. The low rating is because they mixed up my GF veggies with my wife's non-GF rice. It was busy when we ordered.
They have gluten free and yeast free pizza crust that is really really good and one of the only pizza that can say this.
Nice gf menu with varied choices
Great service, very knowledgable about the gluten free diet. Italian food
Didn’t get sick. The waiter checked with the kitchen on several items we asked about. They had gluten free rolls wrapped in tin foil.

I have a Casein allergy and my pasta had cheese on it. This was takeout and the manager argued with Me and hung up the phone. I ordered with Special instructions but he said no instructions were with the order. He offered for me to go there and pick up another order. The only way to get cheese on this pasta is to request it. I’m perplexed.

I did an Uber eats order for the first time for this restaurant. It’s very close to where I live. There was some mixup but the restaurant called me about eight minutes after I placed the order to confirm that I had the gluten allergy that I had put on the salad I was ordering. When I got the food, I was confused, but I looked up the item and saw it was exactly what I ordered.. the salad and the beef pasta peas was very good tasty zero issues

My pizza was delicious and the menu shows what is GF, the manager came to confirm what I ordered and that it was safe for an allergy.

They have several gluten free items on the menu, including a gluten free section on the Kids Menu. The manager came to our table to talk with us in advance and then spoke with the kitchen. My 5 year old loved the kids Mac n cheese. They also had gluten free bread, but it was hard and didn't taste great.
