GF items marked, with the caveat that fried items are made in a contaminated fryer. I’d say about 50% of the menu is GF. Staff was reasonably knowledgeable about gluten-free protocols and clarified a few of my questions with the kitchen. Good brunch spot!

Completely meat free and dairy free though you can swap out vegan cheese for dairy. I am not vegan or vegetarian, but I’ve been eating here a long time because regardless the food is amazing.
They have a separate gf menu and mark what has cc since their fryer is not gf. It’s about 50/50 what has cc and what doesn’t.

Vegan restaurant with gf options. Gg items are marked on their menu. I really liked the food and the service was great!

They have a gluten free menu which is nice, but wouldn’t recommend getting any sandwich from it because the gf bread is really small especially for the price! No dedicated fryer either.

They do have gluten free options and the food and coffee are very good
Celiac Safe as long as you stay away from the fried food (no dedicated fryer - as stated on the menu). I’m obsessed with the “Soul Bowl” and have never had a problem.
Yes
This place is not gluten free, despite their prominent and deceptive claims to the contrary. When you get there you'll find a fine print notice on the menu stating that the food is made with "shared equipment, utensils, and fryer oil". So, everything. Reviews I've seen also consistently report that at least some of the staff are either incompetent or uncaring.
The kicker is that the restaurant has been definitely aware of these issues for nearly a decade and done nothing to resolve them. My advice is to stay far, far away, and not to give this place your business.

I felt safe eating here. Many gf and vegan and vegetarian options. The sweet potato chickpea burger was excellent. Shakes were mediocre but definitely Celiac safe with knowledgeable staff.

I ordered a veggie omelette and tried to ask some questions of the server. She was dismissive and said I "would be fine". Well I was not fine at all, this food made me sick for weeks. Would not recommend.
I'm vegan and also have a gluten sensitivity, and this place was a dream come true. There's a dedicated gf menu, but they don't have dedicated fryers (which my server made sure I was aware of). The gf menu isn't huge, but what is on it is amazing. I had the portobello truffle melt on gf bread and it changed my life. It was so good! The milkshakes are awesome too. It's kind of pricey so I can't go as often as I like, but this is my new vegan/gf haven.
This place made me so sick, even though I ordered a GF dish. Why go here and risk it when there are so many reliable GF options in the area? I give it 2 stars because the milkshake (albeit small) was delicious.

Was sick for days after eating here...
My son is gluten intolerant, not celiac, so I can't gague cross contamination. We really loved the food, and the place is not so granola as it used to be...they have gone more international and upscale with their food. The place is still teeny inside, kind of crowded in a Chicago way. They have a dedicated GF menu, which specifically tells you that they don't have a GF fryer (so avoid the chips and fries). Staff well educated and very accomadating. We'll be back!
You will get cross contaminated if you eat here. I thought I could be safe enough with a hummus and veggie plate but even that was a no-go.
