I used to work here and can say with certainty that the staff here takes the upmost precautions with allergies. As a server I was trained to know what foods were safe with different allergies and what medications to make. The chefs are trained as well. The popovers are gluten free, I would recommend asking for fresh ones right out of the pan as they are typically stored in a warmer and I could see slight potential for cross contamination getting them out of there

Easily among our best dining experiences of all time. From start to finish an experience, and I immediately felt very safe. Our server was fantastic and knew down to the details of how each menu item was prepared. They are willing to make nearly everything on the menu gluten free or create for you a unique alternative (minus obvious things like the beef wellington, of course).
Sounds pretty crazy, but honestly one of the highlights of our night was the cheesy popovers served before our first course.. they are gluten free by default. Amazing.. we both can’t even tolerate dairy well, yet we accepted extras from our server later on. We still talk about them.
My significant other and I shared the lamb lollipops to start. I then followed with their house salad, also so amazing I didn’t even snap a picture. (She followed with the lobster bisque, not gf). I also had their Manhattan with Blanton’s.. that $&!% was good.
With our entrees we also shared a side of roasted brocollini. I had the dry aged New York steak, and she had the bourbon pork chops, also prepared gf. Not sure if they could’ve done things like Demi-glace gf on request as well, but I didn’t have any extras on my steak. Both dishes met our expectations.
Finally, to finish, and in need of a little sobering up, our sever recommend to us the flourless chocolate hazelnut lava cake, with an espresso each. We went hard on the lactaid pills that night.. worth it.
Again, amazing experience and kudos to the staff there that kept me from getting sick and without sacrificing a fantastic meal. All in all we were there for about 2 1/2 hours, and was money well spent.

From start to finish our waiter was helping to make sure our food gluten free. Their bread in gluten free. It was some of the best GF bread I've eaten. Of our 4 people, 2 of us are celiac. The sides are served family style. For us it wasn't an issue at 2 non-celiac friends considerate on sides.

The Chop House has a very large selection of items that are gluten free or can be adapted to be GF. Amazing service and top shelf offerings. I would go back solely to enjoy their Brazilian cheese rolls!!!
