I've eaten the gluten free pizza here many times, and I've never had a problem! The kitchen staff are very knowledgeable about celiac disease and take great care in preparing the food. They even offered to substitute the mozzarella for goat cheese when I was unable to eat dairy for a time. At first I called and spoke to the chef each time about what I needed to avoid cross-contamination. They complied with every aspect and have been so thorough, I just go ahead and order like a normal person now. Absolutely recommend (and the pizza is delicious! The Mediterranean is my favorite!).

They have the BEST gluten free pizza in town! The Cauliflower crust is fluffy and delicious and you’ll question whether it’s gluten free (we called to make sure the first four times we ordered). They also have gluten free buns that’ll make you question if they’re gluten free. At one point they said their fries are fried with other glutinous items but one of their employees with celiac has never gotten sick (I’ve never tempted fate). Their Clyde burger is delicious with the bacon jam, no onion hay. The roast beef sandwich is also good. If you eat in, ask for Tristan. He’s the best server/bartender in the area. They have live music almost every night. It can be really loud but tolerable. If you like alcoholic beverages the coffee martini is gluten free as well as their Moscow mules (fever tree ginger beer). Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!
