The Common Man is a pretty well-known local chain in New England. There’s a dining room downstairs and bar/lounge upstairs. They have a separate GF menu. I had the quinoa stuffed peppers with bacon-wrapped shrimp. The shrimp and bacon were cooked a little crispier than I like, but still good. The peppers were delicious, and I didn’t get sick from anything. The only caution I offer is that the bartender made one of my drinks a little differently than the menu described and I asked to clarify what alcohol she used; it tasted like gin to me but was just flat Prosecco.

Half of the time we've attempted we've experienced reactions due to cross contamination. We'll no longer return. It's a cute place with good food, but they just don't seem to be careful.

Had a few options. Food was good, no issues with cross contamination.

I went with my Celiac 10 year old. They have lots of choices. They have complementary GF crackers to put with the cheese spread they provide. That is New England style for you. It was great. He got a burger with a bun, side Caesar salad and a huge GF brownie sundae. The fries have a cross contamination issue but it was very good.

I had a great experience here!!! I have multiple food allergies and they catered to every one of them. The restaurant manager personally served me. It was nice to be able to enjoy dinner out at a restaurant.

Was very accommodating for a GF 2 year old. However, the Udi's pizza (which he loves typically) was very over cooked, and he didn't eat anything. Hopefully it was just a bad night. Will give it another chance, as everything else was very pleasant.
Have many menu options with gf accommodations, including Udi's pizza crust and brownies. Awesome atmosphere!
I was very impressed. From the GF crackers to the GF menu. My mom has other allergies on top of being gf and the waitress was very accommodating. The food was delicious. I had the Rooster with BBQ sauce. It was so nice to have fries. Yum. Will be back.

We ate here and had eaten at the Common Man before. Our waitress was knowledgeable about Celiac and enter ‘allergy mode’ when we told her we needed GF food. Food was good and no one got sick.

The service was great. The food was a bit expensive and average. We went for lunch and I had gf street corn bowl with chicken. No issues with gluten but chicken was dry and food was bland. My wife, non gf, had pork Sammy, also dry and fatty.
