Review of The Conservatory Lounge

Wonderful dinner with gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. I was told by the waitress that they take gluten free very seriously and that they treat all people who order gluten free as if they could get ill if they are not extremely careful. She shared with me that they had an incident in their past with a patron becoming ill from soy sauce in a dish. She stated that after that happened, all of the cooking staff received special training. She was incorrect in thinking that someone with celiac could not eat soy. I explained to her that there is wheat in soy sauce and that is the problem. Very good meal and I felt fine afterwards.
