They did NOT have GF pasta the nights we were staying there which was frustrating as my son is a picky eater and has celiac. But if you eat fish, meat, salads, etc there are definitely options and they are careful about prep. They do have Udi’s GF bread and rolls so they could make my son a grilled cheese for dinner. I had a very nice fish dish. They are careful about prep and have a separate toaster for GF toast at breakfast. We had asked about GF pancakes but they were out of their supply of mix. Usually they can do that supposedly but not while we were there.

Loved eating here for a nice dinner at the resort- The staff were nice and took note of my allergy. I wish they had a few more GF menu options though.
They served me GF rolls with butter before dinner. (Udi’s Multigrain dinner rolls) They weren’t the best tasting rolls on their own but it was nice to have the option. Main course was delicious! (I got the free range chicken breast with carrots and broccoli rabe)
I also wish they had more dessert options! I got the only GF dish they had which was basically creme brulee with candied citrus and orange sauce and it was yummy, but I wish I could’ve had another option.

Staff was extremely accommodating to the needs of my guest and I. We both have several food allergies (black pepper, soy, dairy, nut) besides gluten and our waitress went to the kitchen and marked up the whole menu based on what the kitchen said we each could eat. Both of us left after dinner feeling safe with our choices and didn’t have any reactions! Would recommend coming here early so they can really focus on the needs of the diners. Not gluten free facility, but have a ton of options!
Wonderful dinner with gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. I was told by the waitress that they take gluten free very seriously and that they treat all people who order gluten free as if they could get ill if they are not extremely careful. She shared with me that they had an incident in their past with a patron becoming ill from soy sauce in a dish. She stated that after that happened, all of the cooking staff received special training. She was incorrect in thinking that someone with celiac could not eat soy. I explained to her that there is wheat in soy sauce and that is the problem. Very good meal and I felt fine afterwards.
