Employees are informed and notified me immediately that the burgers are made in the same area as the regular buns and sides are not safe. the gluten free buns are prepared elsewhere but there is possible cross-contamination with the burger itself. They weren't busy so the making of my burger seemed safe enough to chance it. The bun was really good and the burger tasted homemade, in a good way. I'm celiac and had no reactions to the food.

they do have gluten free buns. unfortunately none of the sides are celiac friendly, since they use a shared fryer. They were upfront and honest about the menu.

New Place in Wilmington. As a Celiac having GF buns for a burger was fabulous. I asked for a custom burger and GF bread came individually wrapped! NICE, makes you feel so much safer!! I had the Ceasar Burger, Feta Fries, both AWESOME!!
