I had the create your own all beef burger with the gluten free bun and garlic parmesan fries. The burger was good and the bun was very thick and bready, which is something I’ve missed but it was a little bit too much lol. It had a nice grill on it and flavored the bun nicely. The fries were shoestring fries that were very tasty, although a little greasy they didn’t upset my stomach. I had a banana split shake for desert and that was pretty good. Our server was very helpful and he made sure to tell the kitchen I had celiac. He even made sure my husbands sweet potato fries were cooked in the safe fryer in case I wanted to try them. Overall, we liked the food and I was thankful to not have a reaction. Our lunch of 2 burgers, 2 fries, 1 iced tea, 1 alcoholic beverage ($10) & 1 shake was $80. They automatically include a 20% fee in lieu of tip. We still tipped our server because I read that this few is split among all employees and we wanted to thank our server for his hard work. In our opinion it was expensive for burgers but it was nice to eat out since being diagnosed… I guess there’s a lesson in balance somewhere lol What I didn’t like was the bartender was eating the entire time she was making drinks and working, she was eating with her hands and licking her fingers. That would stop me from returning over anything else.
