Had The Counter delivered with no issues. I had the impossible burger, with a gf bun and their French fries. No issues at all and it was delicious!

Went to eat here last night and it was so good! The waiter and other staff were very helpful with our celiac questions. Food was great and would definitely come back again.

They were closing so we got food to go, I was worried that they were going to be in a rush. But I got a burger bowl (no bun, basically a salad with the party on top) and fries. All very good!! And I had no reaction (and I'm very sensitive).

Dedicated fryer and a gluten free menu. Great service and the yummiest burgers as well as safe shoestring chips!! I only have great things to say. Also you can customise your entire burger to exclude and include things you don’t want and they will cook and put it all together. Yum!

Attentive staff - I ordered online delivery and chose fries on the side. The manager called me to warn their fryer is not safe and substituted for something else. So even though I was dissappointed not to get fries I felt good knowing he was looking out. Would try again

There is an extra gluten free menu and the waitresses was knowledgeable. She ask, if we want the fries, because they get fried in the same oil as some wheat stuff.

GF bun was delicious and so were the shoestring fries! Great service and awesome choices for everyone!

Had a dedicated GF menu which was nice. Can't go wrong with a "make your own burger" type menu. Got 1 lb bison burger on their GF bun with avocado and lettuce. Side of shoe string fries. Was very delicious and didn't have any effects from either dish. Don't think this place is celiac friendly but it does cater very well to a GF clientele. Will return.

I want to be clear that the fryer here is NOT safe. It is a shared fryer. This was confirmed by at least three employees (one of which was a manager). Please be safe! The staff gave conflicting answers and made be very uncomfortable. I am also a former health inspector and found the place to be quite filthy. This didn't leave me feeling very safe at all! There were crumbs in my water from either poor dishwashing practices or other contamination. I actually chose to forego eating there while the rest of my non-celiac party ate.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The burgers are fantastic and the buns taste like real buns and not like the typical GF bun. Loved the sweet potato fries too! Our waitress was great and knowledgeable about GF. Now if only they would open one in OC!

My husband and I absolutely love this place. We have been in LA for about 10 days and have eaten here 3 times. They have delicious gluten free buns (that are clearly lactose free, as we are both very sensitive) and also offer Daiya "cheddar". Their burgers are so delicious that they mute the terrible fake cheese taste; it's actually worth adding to the burger. Try one with pineapple, jalapeño, bacon and bbq! Their regular fries are safe, but the sweet potato fries are where it's at! The only gf beer they had available is Omission (not safe for Celiacs); however, they offer raspberry and pear ciders that are delicious and not too sweet. All in all, dining here has repeatedly been a wonderful experience that left neither my husband or myself feeling ill after indulging in a meal we rarely are able to enjoy. Last but not least, the staff has been very friendly and accommodated. 5 starts for this place!

Ate lunch here. Separate GF menu but a lot of options on regular menu as well. I got a bison burger with sweet potatoes fries and they have GF beer but only on brand. The food was great, but I would not consider this a one $ waiting but more like a $$.

Safe fries!!! Dedicated frier for regular & sweet potato fries. Ask for a GF menu. I think the bun is just an Udi's bun. I much prefer to get the burger bowl with a big pile of lovely greens. The fries are really good, both kinds. No one got sick. Organic bison as a burger option. Kind of pricey for a burger joint but good quality and safe so worth it overall.

Never had a reaction at this location. They have a gluten free menu and a dedicated fries fryer. You can make custom burgers and salads. Their gluten free buns aren’t the best, they fall apart easily, but it is pretty hard to find a safe burger joint so I don’t mind too much. Just place your order for a gluten allergy and make sure you double confirm everything will be cooked on clean/ separate surfaces.

Update 2024: The last 3 times I’ve eaten her or gotten to-go I have gotten sick so I won’t be coming back again. I’m not sure what changed as I order the same things and communicate the same needs/requests as before.

They are so amazing with celiac disease. Just let them know. They avoid contamination. They have a dedicated fryer that's on all the time now. Easily the safest burger you'll have.

You can build your own glutenfree burger! they have a seperate glutenfree menu and a dedicated glutenfree fryer. The brussel sprouts were amazing! I felt safe, but I am asymptomatic. Keep in mind that they also work with wheat buns in their kitchen. Prices are really fair, no upcharge for the glutenfree buns.
