Review of The Daily Kitchen & Bar

Can't say enough bad things. 1) We sit down and it takes 5 minutes for water and someone to say that someone will wait on us. 2) 15 minutes later waitress shows up. No apology, nothing. We order 3 gf sandwiches and two gf appretizers. 30 minutes later appetizers show up. I happened to ask if they used gf bread...they then say "no." The second item, despite being listed on the menu as GF shows up with pita...regular pita. They actually thought we'd wait another 40 minutes and trust that this would be fixed. We just walked out and trust me that is not something we do. I should mention the following 1) There were plenty of people to wait on tables 2) hardly any customers and 3) I truly think 1 guy in the kitchen based on the pace. It was restaurant week. I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if it was actually crowded. Perhaps the people who skipped this place were in the know. 1 star is what I had to put just to review. No stars is my real opinion.
