Review of The Daily Kitchen & Bar

I'm not sure what happened, but I felt horrible after eating here and so did my husband who has no gluten issues at all. My digestive distress was not my typical gluten reaction, but we were very uncomfortable for a good 24+ hours after we ate here.

The espresso was great. Our waitress was super nice and helpful about some things we were looking for in the area.

I had the power breakfast and my eggs were slimy. Well cooked though, so whatever they cooked the eggs in left a film on them. The buckwheat pancakes were dry and the flavor was not great. My husband had the breakfast burrito and he said his eggs were mealy.

We had to wait 30 minutes for a table because it was bustling. I had higher expectations for this place and wound up wishing we had chosen somewhere else to eat. Will not return.
