They have the base chocolate and vanilla donuts in the back of the shop and ask you what fillings you want. Staff were friendly and the donuts were tasty. Keep in mind these are more like small bundt cakes than actual donuts.

All GF donuts get baked on separate GF trays to avoid cross contamination. Celiacs should avoid fried as they use the same fryer as non-GF donuts. All GF donuts are placed in individual containers for sale and in a separate location from regular donuts to avoid cross contamination. Only a small amount are made each day, and they sell out fast. They are very kind, congnizant and have made adjustments since opening to be safer. Get there early! They are delicious! No symptoms after many separate visits.
