They take GF seriously and seem knowledgeable. They will ask the kitchen questions to be able to accommodate any modifications they can make to their regular menu items - as their GF menu items are very limited. Nice staff and again takes GF seriously so that’s a win. I was there for brunch. Ordered steak and eggs and subbed the biscuit for bacon as that was GF too.

— Good

We went for dinner and put on our Open Table reservation that I need gluten free (Celiac). The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our server Ryan made sure that the chef could accommodate my needs and let me know what was the safest choice to eat (steak). So I picked out a sirloin, which they fixed in a clean pan with aluminum foil in it, roasted carrots and a baked potato. Ryan even wore gloves to bring my food. My Nima sensor wasn’t working well or I’d have a picture of it. So I had to trust everything was as promised and it was. The steak was cooked to perfection and very juicy and the carrots and potato were great. We were so full we didn’t get desserts but they do have the usual crème brûlée and chocolate torte. We will definitely be back!

I had a great experience here. My steak was AMAZINGLY delicious. I also had scallops and delicious vegetables. I was a little unsure at first, but after discussion with our server, I was told my steak and food would be prepared in a newly cleaned surface and with fresh pans. I felt completely fine after eating here. It was much more challenging with my daughter’s milk allergy as they prepare most veggies, etc with a butter-oil mix. She too had a delicious steak. Will go back for sure while visiting my VT Hokie!😉
