My husband and I went to the Flip Side this morning. I have very fragile Celiacs and get sick for weeks after a contamination. I got 2 eggs over medium and a gluten free pancake. It was very tasty. They have a designated gluten free end of their kitchen with its own griddle and cookware. They were very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable. I did not get sick! YAY! The next time I go, I may try the GF muffins or add a GF bagel. They do breakfast and lunch-I plan to go there now that I know they are safe. They do not have a GF menu, but it does say most items can be made GF.
