Great breakfast here. I was told all pancakes options could be made gf. There is a $5 upcharge for gf. I had pecan pancakes. They were large and fluffy and full of pecans. The staff there are very nice. Would definitely eat here again.

Found this place with the app as we were just traveling through. So glad we did. Our waitress was very nice and said the manager (or owner) has Celiac so they were very knowledgeable and have a separate area for gluten free cooking. I ordered the GF cinnamon roll pancakes. They were delicious!!! They have lots of specialty pancake options. My mother ordered the oatmeal and is still talking about how good it was. Will definitely eat here again when traveling through Abilene.

A cute breakfast spot! The gf pancakes are delicious! They are made of rice flour. You can top them with fruit, nuts, Nutella and more. They offer gf toast. The hash browns and bacon were also gf and very yummy.

I eat here all the time with no problems. The gluten free toast is amazing and the gf pancake is pretty darn good too. I’ve only ever had one problem and it was quickly resolved. The staff seem to be knowledgeable and are very accommodating. Yes there are gluten items made in the kitchen so there’s still a potential for cross contact but I haven’t had any issues so far. Delicious place to eat!

No gluten free menu. Waiter didn’t know what was gluten free. Waiter’s Service was horrible. Took 30 min to get coffee after asking for it twice. May never go back. It was wonderful previously 🤷🏻‍♀

I had the most delicious breakfast of my life at this cute restaurant! I haven’t eaten pancakes out since my Celiac diagnosis, so I was thrilled to see them on the menu. I actually ordered the gf cinnamon roll pancakes and they were nothing short of amazing. I also highly recommend the hashbrowns with cheese and jalapeños - I don’t remember what they call it in the menu, but it was so good: crispy edges and a ton of flavor.

The sweet waitress was attentive and helpful.

What could be better than gluten free pancakes prepared in a dedicated kitchen space? Cinnamon roll pancakes!

They have several gluten free options and they take all the extra precautions to prevent cross-contamination. This is a great place to eat and feel safe.

Staff very knowledgeable about GF and Cross contamination. They have a separate prep area for all gluten free food. Several great breakfast options (including pancakes, GF syrup, eggs, bacon, sausage, Texas hash, and more). Excellent food and service. Both my children have celiac disease and had no problems after eating here. We will definitely be eating here every time we are in town and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

They cook gf items in a dedicated area. I had the double (pancakes, eggs, bacon) one day and Texas hash another day. Both were delicious and definitely not cross contaminated. I highly recommend this place

This was a surprise! We had a one night stop in Abilene. I thought I'd try to find something where I wouldn't get terribly sick, and the family could handle too. I had the GF chicken fried steak breakfast, and I ate every last bite! If I wasn't so hungry, I might have got sentimental and cried! The CFS and gravy were awesome, even my nonCeliac husband thought it was good! The service was friendly and efficient, even with every table full. We will stop again as we travel through Abilene in the future.

Three stars only because I very much appreciate the GF options on this menu. We were not that impressed. The food is average at best. Mostly irritated that they didn't tell us their card reader was down until we went to pay. My husband had to leave with a very sleepy 3 year old to go get cash while I sat at the table.
