No measures were taken for safety. A server told me that an appetizer was made gluten free when it was not. This caused a severe reaction. Do not recommend.

The appetizer menu had a few gluten free items clearly marked, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the separate main menu didn't, and when I asked about the various dishes I was interested in, all could be prepared gluten free but only by leaving off a signature sauce or foregoing the delicious seared crust, etc. Not to mention that there was no substitute for the distinctive hot rolls and butter that come to the table for everyone else. The server and kitchen staff seemed knowledgeable about ingredients and preparation, so in terms of safety I felt in good hands. The food was delicious, but at those prices it was more than a little disappointing not to get the full dining experience as envisioned by the chefs who had planned unique flavors.

Hey we're fantastic about accommodating celiac. I ate there with a group. Our server brought my food out first and marked gf. And he was really helpful about choosing a safe dessert. Loved them!!! Highly recommend to fellow celiacs!

Attended a wedding here and the Fort was paid to provide an open bar; however, they cut us off half way through the evening even though everyone at the wedding had limo service back to their hotel. The food was mediocre at best and the staff was super unfriendly, and that was for a wedding! I can only imagine what they are like for regular events. They say they are GF friendly and I must admit that none of the food messed with me, but the food just wasn't prepared to its full potential. For example, their duck breast was bland and dry. How the heck do you dry out duck? Just glad I didn't pay for me meal but felt terrible for the wedding party.
