The appetizer menu had a few gluten free items clearly marked, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the separate main menu didn't, and when I asked about the various dishes I was interested in, all could be prepared gluten free but only by leaving off a signature sauce or foregoing the delicious seared crust, etc. Not to mention that there was no substitute for the distinctive hot rolls and butter that come to the table for everyone else. The server and kitchen staff seemed knowledgeable about ingredients and preparation, so in terms of safety I felt in good hands. The food was delicious, but at those prices it was more than a little disappointing not to get the full dining experience as envisioned by the chefs who had planned unique flavors.
