Waitress was rude and did not overly care about the allergy, I couldn’t eat anything off of the menu and needed my drink to be remade because she was carrying a beer with it

The menu has Gf designations for nachos, French fries, salads, and chicken. In reality, if you are celiac, the only option that won't be cross-contaminated is a spinach salad with zero meat. They refuse to cook anything special - like a piece of chicken in a saute pan or under a broiler in a pan. The waitress was very abrupt and declined even to ask the kitchen. She didn't care if our party of 6 would even stay- everyone wanted to leave, but we were short on time. In the end, the salad was better than I expected, but it consisted of spinach, tomato, carrots, cheese, and almonds. Portland has a lot of great restaurants, and this is not one of them. Gf or not, mediocre food and bad service won't win you loyalty.

Menu has some items marked as GF but there is no dedicated GF menu. They warn of the possibility of cross contamination on their menu. The chicken wings were very good.

I won't be going back.
Honestly, this is the worst place to possibly go if you have a gluten intolerance. Next to nothing on the menu, wait staff is rude, service is so slow. I could have swam out into Casco Bay and caught a tuna faster than they took my order and brought it out.
No
They can do plain grilled chicken or tuna but be careful, the fryer is not GF and they don't mark what's fried, like the wings. Portland has much better and more responsible GF restaurants than this.
They do have a GF menu. However, this translates to: you can have a burger without a bun, request the chicken grilled, and the French fries really are not GF because they share a common frier. Food was average.
Grilled chicken cordon bleu was juicy and tasty.
