The cashier was knowledgeable and directed me toward the wraps. When the chef brought out my wrap he assured me that he had used a new cutting board and that there was no cross contamination.

Told me that the bread touched everything and I couldn’t even get a salad with prepackaged lettuce because of contamination. Couldn’t eat anything.

The staff is very knowledgeable and took extra precautions to try and avoid cross contamination. They offer a gf wrap for any sandwich and can also make gf pasta to sub in for their pesto pasta salad. We also had them cater for a company lunch and they separated out the gf meals from others to avoid any contamination. Only open until 2pm Mon-Fri.
