They are 100% gluten free.

The food is so good! The blue corn waffles are travel worthy, the Cayucos Cowboy is my fave. They also serve off the menu blue corn tacos. Support this restaurant so that we have a gluten free restaurant in the future. They opened about the time of the shut down!
