Nice little family restaurant away from the big chain restaurants and glitz of hotel row. Super friendly and felt very safe with their celiac GF protocols. Pretty decent number of GF offerings and the food was good (not over the top). Had a greek salad, trio of souvlaki on rice, baba ganoush, and a GF "pita" (essentially a GF tortilla). One GF beer offering -- Schnitzer Brau from Germany (made with millet NOT a gluten reduced barley beer).

Amazing food, dedicated fryer and precautions taken. I had the armenian special ( spicy veggies, lentil soup, beef shawarma and carrot cake) everything was so good! My family ( who are not celiac) also enjoyed their meals. I'm a very sensitive celiac, I was fine! Service was quick and friendly. I'm sad I live over 6hrs away ( I visited while on vacation) but it will give me an excuse to visit Niagara again ;)

Great restaurant, a short walk from the major Niagara Falls attractions. They had many gluten free options (including pita bread and flatbread, as well as dedicated ovens) and the staff was very knowledgeable.

I’ve eaten here twice, first time we dined in and most recently take out. I ordered the souvlaki combo with rice, Greek salad, tzatziki, garlic and gf pita, I also got the vegan carrot cake for dessert. Food was great and I had no reactions! (I’m extremely sensitive) The pita is actually a wrap, so I wasn’t a fan of that but overall both experiences were positive. They are extremely gluten aware, and willing to go over options. I would Definitely rate this a safe space!

My wife is GF Red. The food was great as was the staff. They have a lot of items marked GF on their menu. For some menu items there is a $2 up charge but that is to be expected. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and what they don't know, they go back and ask the chef.

A must visit restaurant! We have been coming here for 8 years and the food just keeps getting better! I am a very bad celiac and they take great precaution! Labeled menu and everything! The flat bread Mediterranean is to die for!

It was ok tasting food. I picked up my order and ordered in person. I was assured it was safe as I asked a zillion question abt cc. When I opened my lentil soup bag, there was a regular bread stick pouch put in with my order. So be warned if you are super sensitive celiac.

Loved this place. Tons of gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. The chicken souvlaki was delicious and the rice pilaf I had with it was really really good too. Didn't get sick after.

About 8 hours after eating here I am certainly cross contaminated or glutened. I am not sure what it would be, the server assured me they’d use different/clean pans and I reconfirmed when my meal came over it was gf however I am definitely experiencing being glutened or cc. The rest of my review was written before realizing I was glutened.
Very underwhelming, especially based off all the positive reviews. They had lots of gf options (as well as vegetarian and vegan) however the food was very mediocre. I had a schwarma wrap and there was so much tahini and hummus it was pouring all over the place, couldn’t taste anything else. The house vinaigrette is straight balsamic vinegar.

Chose this place based on other reviews. Waitress was very knowledgeable. Ordered mussels, the bacon wrapped scallops and olive feta plate appetizers the celiac in our group. Order the bacon wrapped scallop with lentil soup entre for the other person. The muscles and feta plate arrived with regular bread and pitas. We asked before eating and the waitress basically said oops I forgot you are celiac. Offered to redo the order. They forgot the other entree entirely until we asked if it was coming it came cold 20 mins after the other items arrived. No soup. Waitress took the soup off our bill as we never got it. The food was nothing to brag about. Save your money and your body do not go here.

A Mediterranean restaurant with many options for GF, including pita bread, pasta, pizza crust, and buns. Great for dairy-free, vegetarians, and vegans, as well. Dedicated fryer, which is a major plus. It even has GF dessert!
Yes
Yum! No GF regular burger but go there for the yum of other options. Dedicated fryer. Hot dog and bun GF made our celiac son happy. Free parking which is nice in Niagara. Not far from falls but out of the main tourist area - either a 30 min walk or 7 min drive.

The menu has over 70 gluten-free items of a wide variety. The staff were very knowledgeable and asked us what items would be made in their separate fryer. The food there is delicious and I would highly recommended.

Items were marked clearly on the menu and staff knowledgeable about keeping things free of cross contamination. I enjoyed GF pita with hummus, stuffed grape leaves, falafel, Greek salad, and feta fries. Dedicated fryer.

The food and selection were both fantastic. Our family is both gluten and dairy free, and we had plenty of choices - including dessert. This place was a find!
Excellent food! Very knowledgeable of allergies. Lots of GF choices.
Love this place. They have wraps and bread. The chef came out to greet us during the meal

My husband and I both have celiac disease & ate here last night. While they have gf options on the menu, I’m not sure how careful they are with cross contamination. If CC isn’t an issue for you, you’ll most likely be fine. We both woke up glutened today... :(
Absolutely incredible! Where have you been all my #celiac life??? Phenomenal staff that ae knowledgeable & friendly!
Short review: EAT HERE! Fantastic food, with a very broad range of choices. Rather than a GF menu, they actually have a list of things that cannot be made GF. They have GF bread, pita, buns, pasta, and pizza. They even have several desserts that are GF, not just ice cream. Oh, and did I mention that the food is really good! A can't miss if you are at Niagara Falls.

Almost all the menu can be done gluten free. Food and service are excellent!!! Will definitely come back.

We went here on vacation to Niagara Falls. This place was AMAZING, it was perfect for our family. My 6 year old daughter has celiac, there were tons of "kid food" options for her, grilled cheese, hot dog, french fries, etc etc. which are prepared in a safe environment. The kids meals come with ice cream. They said the ice cream wasn't gf but substituted a gf rice pudding for her which she enjoyed. The rest of us were in heaven, we went twice, once for "Armenian Night" and once for "Greek Night" and the food was awesome. I wish we had one of these closer to our house.

Fabulous!! The owner Vaughan sat down with us and explained that 99% of the menu can be done gluten free. Shawarma, falafel, pizza, pasta, pancakes, french toast, and so much more!! They have separate friers and workspaces.

Ate there over the weekend. Wife is Celiac and ordered shwarma - Loved it. Meal was delicious, falafel appetizer was great. Wife could not have been happier. Felt like a normal dinner out again! Lots of choices and very knowledgable staff.

nice place! many options, from gf bread to pancakes, desserts, pizza etc. almost everything on the menu could be made gf.
friendly staff, special thanks to Melissa who made our night extra good.

Amazing GF meal! GF pita is wonderful and staff was incredibly knowledgeable. TONS of options and substitutes for everything on the menu, something I don't usually see for gluten-free!!
Yes
Good food with great options. GF Pizza was above average. Explained as made from scratch. Attempted the vegan cheesecake which requires you suspend your standard notion of cheesecake. Great to have a GF vegan option for dessert.
The dinner was very delightful. It was not too crowded in there and my party was surprised because the food was so delicious. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo substituted with GF penne and gluten free garlic bread. It was incredible. I can definitely find myself eating there again.
Yes
we ate there and had no problems. My wife gets sick if there is the slightest amount of gluten and /or cross comtaination. we thought for food was very reasonably priced.
Yes
Horrible experience. Only people in the restaurant for breakfast. Ordered two different GF meals of four total meals. Confirmed with waitperson that my meal was GF when delivered to table. It was not. On a separate note, another family came in shortly after us and waitperson got everything mixed up on them too. Owner / manager came to both tables and argued that he made what the computer told him to make. Neither know the impact to celiacs of contamination.
Separate fryers and grills for all allergies. Huge choices, pizzas pastas burgers, they even have gluten free pitas and buns. The only thing is the food quality and taste was subpar
Great food! Unfortunately they were out of gf pita when we were there. Definitely would recommend this place!
Gf items in menu. Most things not fried can be made gf. They had gf pita , pasta, buns etc. the schwarma and babaganoush was excellent. They were very knowledgable. Separate areas in kitchen for items with gluten.
Excellent food. Very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended for celiac.

This place was a treasure to find. It just opened up recently. The location, decor and the atmosphere isn't much to speak of, but the quality of the food is just wonderful. We went for breakfast. They have a great menu with many traditional Mediterranean foods as well as traditional breakfast foods. The owner and staff were nice and friendly. They have a great selection of omelettes which are generously filled. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They didn't have real maple syrup which was disappointing, but they said they would have it in the future. If you're looking for just great food and don't care so much about ambiance, this is the place.
