When I explained I was celiac the manager came to speak with me. He said the spices they use on the steak are a may contain so I asked for it without and he assured me they would scrape the grill and just add salt and pepper to my steak instead. It was delicious and I was not ill afterwards. I am usually very sensitive to cross contamination.
