Lots of great gf options, they have a separate area in the kitchen, wait staff all seems knowledgeable.

We had great service during the two dinners we had at The Kitchen. The server was friendly and attentive to the Food sensitive questions. He spoke to the chef and confirmed they use a dedicated fryer. I ordered chicken wings plain with sauce ots and fries. Also had a house salad but it was very big and way too much food.

The restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Incredible experience. Chef came out and spoke to us and made us feel secure in our choices. We will be back!

The flat bread was so good all the nonGF wanted another. The vegan pasta was delicious.

I stayed at this hotel for a work conference and felt so safe eating at this restaurant, I often went multiple times a day. Staff is incredibly accommodating and knows how to handle celiac. Lots of options marked GF on the menu. I enjoyed the omelette and potatoes at breakfast, and at dinner, truffle mac n cheese!

100/10!!! I had a horrible experience the day before so I wanted to try this place and I came to eat here. The chef is the kindest person. He is so aware and the kitchen is allergy trained. They ran out of gf buns and he said it was on the kitchen. Went back every night the whole trip. Please it’s a must go here.

Both my son (17) and I are sensitive celiacs. Our family had both dinner and the brunch buffet during our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The dinner menu was clearly labeled and had quite a few options in each category including dessert. The breakfast buffet wasn’t labeled but our server was very helpful and offered pancakes, French toast, or waffles made in the back by the chef. Everything we ordered was very good. It was a great place to stay for our 2 days at Universal.

We stopped here the first night at Hard Rock Hotel and were pretty disappointed. The menu online was out of date, so what I had planned to order was unavailable. The waiter also seemed extremely unsure about preparation and had to check with the kitchen multiple times. I got a flatbread that was very burnt on one side but tasted okay and a flourless chocolate cake that was pretty good. I felt mostly safe about the prep but the food, price, and service weren't good enough to go here again.

Orlando, Florida 🌴 Our server, Bryan, was super knowledgeable & confident with the gluten free menu. The food was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend The Kitchen and we weren’t even staying at the Hard Rock Hotel! Worth the walk from Universal!!

My H is corn, dairy, and gluten free. The chef was able to make a chicken sandwich & broccoli. My D & I are GF. I was able to have a grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun, my D had a large bowl of mac and cheese. The chef spoke with us and informed us he would prepare our fries in another pot of oil.

Had an excellent dinner here. Salad, gf pizza, salmon and gf brownie dessert. Everything was great. Excellent service. Returned for breakfast even better! Gf waffles, pancakes, French toast, and muffins. So accommodating. No one got sick. Such a great experience. Glad we found this gem.

Best gluten free menu and food of our visit. Very attentive and creative food choices. I had shrimp and scallop risotto. Kids had flatbread pizzas. Hubby had roast chicken. Flourless chocolate cake and creme brulee for dessert!! Chef come out to answer questions. Felt very safe here and real food!!!
Small but decent GF menu. Had a salad for lunch. Was good. No issues.

Took really great care of my son and I. On the bill it actually said gf allergy.
Came here for breakfast. The food was pretty good. I informed the staff that I was celiac. The chef came out to talk with me to see what I would like. They have separate kitchen space to prepare gluten free food. They even have a separate designated waffle maker to make gf waffles. Staff very knowledgeable. I had the gf French toast it was good but not awesome. Felt safe eating here and would probably eat here again.

Breakfast Buffett had celiac safe options
The food was terrible, the service was not great.
I had called ahead to make sure the kitchen was experienced with celiac disease and they were. My son ordered the GF pizza and was thrilled to have a rich brownie sundae for dessert. Many GF options for kids and adults..
