I got the loaded tot mac and it was delicious! They take a lot of precautions to ensure safety- new gloves and different work station. No reaction at all. So yummy!!!

This is a new favorite of mine. Justin is very knowledgeable about celiac and keeping things clean. I have never had a reaction here and have ordered several Mac & Cheese dishes and the cauliflower pizza. Most items can be made gluten free with only minor alterations to the meal. You will leave satisfied. The Mac & Cheese is a large enough serving that it can be split with a friend.

The owner is very knowledgeable about GF needs, and they make/prep their GF ingredients in another location. They also can use absolutely brand new toppings if you ask to avoid all contamination. The oven is the same oven.

It’s a nice little place that has gluten free noodles and if you want pizza it’s a cauliflower crust. Also have traditional wings that are very tasty. When I told them I was celiac it was marked on the ticket so the kitchen knew. I would definitely come back her again.

I am not a person who leaves reviews but I had to for this little restaurant that was SO MANY gluten free options in their menu. Pizza, Mac and cheese, tacos, you name it!!! When we ordered our food, I told them my son and I were celiacs; they told us they would put our pizzas on foil to avoid cross contamination but then the owner came and cleaned the oven before they put our pizzas in!!! Just blown away by their care and understanding of cross contamination. Thank you!!! We will be back :)

The changed the name to MAC SHACK. Seems very knowledgeable about cross contamination. they keep the glutenfree in a different area then the other noodles, scrubbed brick oven, opened a new bag of cheese, said he orders old Dutch chips because most are labeled glutenfree. Ordered the kids Mac and cheese meal and gf cheese pizza both were delicious. Didn't have any reaction.

I ordered a byo gluten free pasta dish, and emphasized on my order that i have an allergy. I had zero reactions so they clearly did a great job keeping my food gluten free. They have a lot of options for add ins like sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and olives. The cheese sauce is to die for. I was told they can do keto or vegan options as well. Edit: I am now a regular customer. And I have gained 3 pounds. Lol

Very friendly staff, can make anything gluten free minus the gyros and the wraps
