Manager was awesome (I think his name was Rob). Menu items are marked GF but he had several ways to modify other menu items… including turning on a separate fryer so I could enjoy the wings and fries. I can’t decide which was better!!!! I enjoyed dipping the fries in the wing’s aioli. Off the charts!!!!!!!

This place is SO good! Not only was there GF options- appetizers, salads, breads, and entrees...the chef came out and spelled out each ingredient used and which ingredients he wanted to double check WITHOUT ME ASKING. Idk about the rest of you celiacs but usually I have to ask about every ingredient myself! The online menu is a bit smaller than the actual menu so the options are more than what you see there. I also have a dairy and soy allergy and he was able to accommodate all three. I had the ribs and we got the bacon as a starter. Everything was delicious. Also there is definitely a GF fryer and they use canola oil, not soybean. Be sure to ask what can be made gluten free as I've come to learn that not everything is marked because the chef can be so accommodating

While the only options for a main course on this menu were sandwiches & ribs, both were fantastic.
Wait staff was excellent in general, and GF was no problem. As much as you can ask short of a dedicated kitchen. Looking forward to going back!!

The Maple Kitchen in Brownsville Vermont just served me the best GF/LF meal. The chef, Hafid Rkiki, came to my table and spoke with me about ALL his foods ingredients before whipping me up something special ....due to my enormous list of food allergies. Krista was a fabulous waitress. She also understood food allergies because her mothers is as sensitive to food as some customers.
