This place is SO good! Not only was there GF options- appetizers, salads, breads, and entrees...the chef came out and spelled out each ingredient used and which ingredients he wanted to double check WITHOUT ME ASKING. Idk about the rest of you celiacs but usually I have to ask about every ingredient myself! The online menu is a bit smaller than the actual menu so the options are more than what you see there. I also have a dairy and soy allergy and he was able to accommodate all three. I had the ribs and we got the bacon as a starter. Everything was delicious. Also there is definitely a GF fryer and they use canola oil, not soybean. Be sure to ask what can be made gluten free as I've come to learn that not everything is marked because the chef can be so accommodating
