Review
We did the chef’s tasting menu, and the chef was able to accommodate gluten free with all but one of the six courses. They substituted a delicious salad for the course they could not modify. I think they could easily accommodate ordering from the regular menu and making modifications to another dish as well, if you want to order from the regular menu. There are more GF options downstairs than upstairs (Roof 106) at The Matheson, so I recommend eating downstairs and grabbing a cocktail upstairs before/after.

Review
The group I was with ordered the chef’s tasting menu and every person in the party must get this if it’s ordered. I was worried & figured i just wouldn’t eat some courses but the server was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating to me. Even though we all got the same courses, they made all my courses GF. I thanked the server and the sous chef for being so accommodating. I get very self conscious about being celiac. 5 ⭐s for making it such a wonderful dining experience.
