We did the chef’s tasting menu, and the chef was able to accommodate gluten free with all but one of the six courses. They substituted a delicious salad for the course they could not modify. I think they could easily accommodate ordering from the regular menu and making modifications to another dish as well, if you want to order from the regular menu. There are more GF options downstairs than upstairs (Roof 106) at The Matheson, so I recommend eating downstairs and grabbing a cocktail upstairs before/after.
