Review of The Mercantile

We have been numerous times. The pizza is strictly GF and you cannot add different toppings due to the risk of cross contamination to the prep area. The other GF items are naturally GF and they don’t have any gluten in the items they use to prevent other cross contamination. The only things they have that are gluten are the pizzas which are prepped in a separate area and the breads / buns. They also have GF new planet pale ale. I feel pretty safe here.
