Food was great. I called about gluten free options for sandwiches and told them I have celiac. They were very knowledgeable about what to recommend and informed me not to eat anything fried as they do not have a separate fryer. I will be back!

The manager knew to tell me that the fryer was not safe and that they flag allergy tickets to a different part of the kitchen.
Had the shrimp and grits. It was not good at all. The grits were soupy and the shrimp was not seasoned.

GF Soups are awesome! Gluten free bread and buns, and the occasional dessert. But there are always GF peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. (Warmed with a scoop of ice cream!)
Staff very knowledgeable. The food is delicious!! Been here 2 times and not disappointed.
The food is fantastic, loved it. Went several times and everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable about celiac disease and food prep.
Yes
Shrimp and grits are amazing! Not typical because they have mushrooms, bacon and green onions but I thought it was better. Also ordered a drink with tequila and told the waitress to “surprise me” and they made sure it was gf. Definitely returning soon!

I have celiac and our waitress was very accommodating and knowledgeable. They have gluten free bread, biscuits, and pancakes. Also, all of their salads are gluten free. Their menu is well laid out and explains what items are gluten free and what are not. I had the club sandwich and fruit and didn’t get sick! This is my go to place when I’m craving a biscuit or a sandwich. :)

I am celiac. While there were several items marked GF I chose to avoid the ones with fries as they do not have a separate fryer. They offered grits but I am hesitant to eat those unless they can prove they are from a reliable source. The brand they had I was unable to determine so I shied away. I ended up getting a sandwich which was great. I did not t sick and I usually do even with small amounts of cross cont. halfway through my sandwich I realized it was toasted and I had not asked about their practice of toasting. So if you get bread, ask. I actually think I would have liked it better without being toasted but that's just me. I have a feeling they put it just like regular bread and I just lucked out to not get sick. I hope they had a good practice though. Overall it was good. Cute place.
This restaurant was very Celiac friendly. Our server Bruce was very accommodating to our dietary needs. The gluten free/dairy free pizza was absolutely delicious!

Now they have a dedicated gluten free fryer! We've eaten here a lot and have had good experiences in the past -- happy to see that they are making things even better!

The food is good (I used to eat here regularly before being diagnosed), but I got sick the first time I ate here after going gluten free. Their gluten free menu is not safe for people with celiac disease.

I loved the shrimp and grits and gluten free biscuits! I can wait to go back!
Good food. Seemed to have a decent amount of choices. Had gf chocolate chip cookies too.
Excellent food and very nice waitress. They were busy so it took a little time but was worth the wait!
Wife had the shrimp and grits. Loved it. Knowledgable staff and considered my wife's soy allergy and informed us some dressings had soy. Very polite staff, gets very busy.

This has become one of our go-to gluten free spots! Laid back and friendly, the staff are knowledgeable and happy to accommodate. Incredible homemade biscuits/buns - try the breakfast sandwich - one of my favorites!

it was good. I had the kale salad with chicken. I tried the biscuits ( I'm not a biscuit fan in general but they were OK). my husband had a gf pizza. the sausage has gluten so they subbed extra pepperoni. I had the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie for dessert. it was yummy.
Three words: Gluten Free Biscuits!!! Great service and atmosphere for all ages!
Update 06/01/15: I had the wings and ONE french fry (just to see if I'd get sick, because the fryer is NOT dedicated, but I've never gotten sick before) and I was glutened! I also had a pear cider. I'm not sure what the exact culprit was, but I'm just posting a warning.

Nice small town atmosphere, good service. Salad was awesome, appetizer as well though my dish wasn't exploding with flavor like I hoped. They had nice choices, including grass fed beef, which is awesome! The gf biscuit was AMAZING!! It was my dessert with fluffy butter and honey. Prices were decent also.
The food is excellent but they cater to gluten-free diets as a lifestyle choice, not a medical necessity. Yes, they offer GF versions of several dishes, but there is no dedicated fryer and no dedicated grill. They also offer seitan (pure wheat gluten) as a vegan option for their philly sub- grilled on the same grill as everything else. Love the spot, and the food was delicious, but it made me terribly sick the second time I was there. Celiacs and the allergic should beware.

Love the neighborhood feel of this place! Plenty of gf options on the menu. Our servers have always been open to our questions so that we can make educated choices about what we choose to eat.
As a celiac don't go here! They have menu items that say they're gluten free and they're not. They can't guarantee your chips were fried in separate a fryer; if you order the mussels labeled as gluten free and stress your condition/allergy they'll put the bread on them and bring them out anyway. When you ask for a manager they say they're too busy to come out and talk to you. All around the servers lack any celiac knowledge and the kitchen is sloppy and not careful. Unless you're just doing it for the lifestyle, don't come here!

Great casual food with lots of GF options and very knowledgeable waitstaff. Found good (and plenty of) options for 4 celiac kids, plus one who is also vegetarian. Awesome GF wings! Really great neighborhood vibe and atmosphere. High quality food, prepared well. Felt very confident eating here with the whole family!

Wonderful menu, tasty sandwiches! Mondays are $1 off GF
Great service and lots of gluten free choices. Fabulous gf peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Well worth the visit.
Excellent service!!
Gluten, soy, dairy, and corn allergies. The Mill on MacArthur has gluten free options from a local gluten free bakery and dairy-free, soy-free cheese! My husband and I ordered two different sandwiches and we each ate half- both meals were excellent. My compliments as well on the fries and sweet potato fries.
International Delight coffee creamer (gluten, dairy, and soy free) topped the experience.
Gluten free bread and pasta- they also have dairy free cheese!
